Roadtrip, Ladies, and Lions

This weekend I went to Oklahoma with Daddy and Mommy. Some of Daddy's friends from college (and now Mommy's friends) had a big party. On Saturday, while Daddy played golf, Mommy and I went to the zoo with some other kids and mommies, and a few daddies. I was the only boy! And the ladies loved me. I don't want to brag, but LL Cool J may have to move over for LL Cool Luke.

It was really exciting to see the sea lions. I screamed so loud it echoed everywhere and Mommy had to explain it was a happy scream. The hairy lions were laying around sleeping, and I really didn't think they were too cool. But I loved the attention I got from my ladies while we were looking at the lions. The zoo was a little frustrating for me because all my ladies were walking around, and I can only do that when Mommy holds my hands. I'm pretty quick when Mommy helps me, but it's not the same. I'm going to work on my independence.
